City of Lewisville Call Center
City of Lewisville employees are answering the main city phone number, 972.219.3400, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays to answer questions and connect callers with appropriate offices. Spanish-speaking call-takers are available. Chin-speaker available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7-11 a.m. and Tuesday and Thursday from 3-7 p.m.

Lewisville Public Library Phase 1 Reopening 
The Library will begin increasing service to the community while remaining cautious and keeping patron and staff safety in the forefront. The drive-up book return will reopen Friday, May 1 at 5 p.m. to allow patrons to begin returning library materials. The following Friday, May 8, the drive-up window will reopen to allow patrons to pick-up items they have placed on hold. Online services and virtual programming will continue.
