The Hive, Lewisville Public Library's makerspace, is home to innovation and creativity. The Hive features 3D printers, two laser cutters, a Carvey CNC milling machine, sewing machines, an embroidery machine, sublimation printer, Silhouette CAMEO, design software, and more. Software available on the Design Computers includes:

- Mint Studio
A collaboration space is also included in The Hive, featuring mobile tables, chairs, and whiteboard which allow users to alter the workspace to fit their needs.
All Makers, regardless of age, must have a Lewisville Library card in good standing to use The Hive equipment and kits, as well as a signed user agreement. Underage makers will have to secure a card with their guardian or parent. Click here to view The Hive User Guidelines.
