Mobile Printing

Self-serve mobile printing is available at the Lewisville Public Library. Patrons may submit their print jobs via one of the mobile print options listed below, then visit the Library's Copy & Print Center to use a self-serve Print Release station to pay for and retrieve their print job. A library card is not required to use mobile print.

Black and white printouts are $0.15 per page. Color printouts are $0.50 per page. Payment is made at a machine when the print job is released. Cash or card may be used to pay for print jobs.

All print jobs remaining in the queue are automatically deleted from the queue at 11:59 pm each night.

Online Web Portal

The Online Web Portal is the best mobile printing option for printing documents from your personal computer or laptop. An email address is required.

Click here to access the MobilePrint Web Portal.

Choose the library printer to which you wish to print.
Enter your email address. You will use this address to retrieve your print job at the library.
Browse your computer files to select the document you wish to print.
Click on the forward arrow button to continue.
Select the Printing Options, then click on the green printer button.
You will be taken to the Document Status screen where you will see that your print job is being processed. Stay on this screen until a message appears stating "Your request has been processed."
Visit the Library's Copy & Print Center. Enter your email address at one of the print release station computers and follow the prompts to pay for and release your print job.

The MobilePrint email option is best when needing to print an email and email attachments.

Forward the email you wish to print to one of the email addresses below that corresponds to the library printer to which you wish to print.
You will receive an email confirmation from PrinterOn when your print job has been processed.

Black & White printer: lplbw@printspots.com

PrinterOn App

The PrinterOn app is the best option for printing from a mobile device such as a smart phone or tablet. An email address is required.

If you do not already have it, download and install the PrinterOn app on your mobile device. It is available for Android and Apple devices.
Open the PrinterOn app. Use the app prompts to choose the document or photo from your device that you wish to print.
Tap on the printer bar at the bottom to locate and select a printer.
From the Select Printer window, tap Location to find available printers nearby, or tap Search to find a specific location. Location services may need to be enabled on your device.
Once you have selected a file and a printer, you will be taken to a Preview screen. Click the green Print button when you are ready to send your print job.
Enter your email address, then tap the check mark in the top right corner.
A blue banner will appear at the top of you screen stating "Job Started." When you print job has been processed, a green banner will appear stating "Job Success."
Visit the Library's Copy & Print Center. Enter your email address at one of the print release station computers and follow the prompts to pay for and release your print job.

The free PrinterOn app is available for Apple and Android devices.
