Audio-Visual Editing
The Digital Media Lab (DML) offers a high-performance Microsoft Windows computer terminal and an Apple Mac Pro terminal that both feature specialized software for creativity in video, audio, and graphic design. The software listed below is available in the Digital Media Lab.
Patrons must have a valid full-privilege library card in good standing to use the DML. Be sure to review the Digital Media Lab Guidelines for full details on using the DML.

ScanPro Microfilm Scanner
The DML1 workstation also features the ScanPro Microfilm Scanner for viewing, editing, and saving content from microfilm and microfiche formats. The ScanPro2500 microfilm scanner allows users to view, read, and save from microfilm and microfiche formats. The scanner software allows users to scan, select, crop, and edit images and text from the mircofilm/fiche.
Users must have a Lewisville library card in order to use the scanner.
Scans may be saved to a USB or emailed. Printing from the microfilm scanner is available in black & white at $0.15 per page or in color at $0.50 per page.
Library cardholders may reserve the DML1 in order to use the ScanPro microfilm scanner. Make a reservation.
